Given the success which Fractional Ownership and Private Residence Clubs have thus far enjoyed in other major markets such as the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe, Tri-Asia has assembled a small team with significant experience in this sector, dedicated to offering customized and integrated marketing, media and sales strategies to help Developers to conceptualize and design the most appropriate Fractional Ownership offering and secure increased product absorption and yield maximization.
